About Brew Story
Located at 16889 Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, Brew Story operates as a coffee shop serving Huntington Beach in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Huntington Beach, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across California, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Loyalty programs are common and worth joining if you are a regular.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–7 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.
Its Google rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 180 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Huntington Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Huntington Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A minimalistic neutral toned roomy spot with aesthetic yummy drinks and fast wifi! I love the crown molded ceiling that gives this place an extra pop. I ordered the Crème Brûlée Matcha. The drink features a torched layer sugar at the top, adding an extra fun texture to the drink and mimicking the French dessert. The drink was solid and I loved the extra crunch. We arrived at 4PM on a Thursday. It was moderately busy, we easily found seating and our drink came out quickly. For seating, there are 4 small round tables, 1 long rectangular table, 1 sofa, and counter seating facing the windows. There is 1 gender neutral restroom and it is clean. They also sell merchandise here. Keep in mind the air conditioning here is cold, make sure to visit with warmer clothes. Our hands were freezing after staying for several hours. This spot is located in a plaza with plenty of parking.

Overall, it was a nice cafe with friendly service and plenty of parking. The matcha was good and worth trying. The only things that stood out were the interior details. The floors looked worn and had a strange color, and our heavy stone table kept wobbling, which was a little annoying. Other than that, it was a pleasant visit. Too loud music.

This place is really cozy and the ambiance is nice - has a good amount of seats and a lot of staff working at once which is nice to see . Still don’t know how it takes over 25 minutes to get your drink . I know they’re busy but I think that’s a long time to get your coffee . The coffee itself ( banana latte ) was really heavy - we asked if we can exchange it for another drink and they said no :( so we just took our coffee and left . I should add I had a croissant and it was tasty ! But I don’t think I’ll return - glad I tried it though !

Drove all the way to Huntington for Brew Story. My friends and I got the brûlée matcha, cookie butter matcha, and the Tiramisu Latte. All drinks were great quality and presentation. The matcha wasn’t the best quality, but the other ingredients blended well and made up for a great drink. The best drink we tried was the cookie butter matcha; it had a rich light, creamy flavor—but was not too overwhelming or sickly sweet. Perfect balance. The crème brûlée was also a really fun drink—but not as delicate and artfully crafted as the cookie butter drinks. Regardless of which drink you select, all are brilliantly aesthetic and will definitely satisfy your Instagram/Pinterest fantasies. The interior was modern, clean and chic. Service is speedy and you won’t be waiting more than 5 minutes for a drink. However, the inside can get crowded at times.

Service was excellent from start to finish, and the drinks were absolutely amazing. The coffee shop atmosphere was a little loud for me personally, but it still had a great vibe and lots of energy. The drinks in my photos are the Coconut Cloud Latte, Banana Cream Coffee Latte, and Tiramisu Latte—and every single one of them was finger-licking good. Don’t be afraid to try something new—these are all drinks I normally wouldn’t order, and they completely blew me away. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the flavors and presentation. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a coffee lover looking for something different and delicious.
